Account and data deletion

You can delete your Otovar account and data at any time. Deletion cannot be undone.

1. Delete in the app

Open Otovar, go to the Profile page and tap Delete My Account. Once you confirm, your account and data are deleted.

2. Delete on the web

If you can't access the app, you can delete your account with your email address and password using the form below.

If you signed in with Google and have no password, just send "delete my account" from your registered email address to bilgi@kovakyazilim.com; it will be deleted within 30 days at the latest.

What gets deleted?

• Your account and profile information (name, email, phone), cars, expenses, notifications and reviews are deleted.
• Service records belong to the mechanic's business: their link to you and your vehicle is removed, and they stay in the mechanic's account until the mechanic deletes them or closes their own account. If a mechanic deletes their account, their service records are deleted too.
• App error logs are deleted automatically after 30 days, and road reports within 2 days after they expire.
